Our mission is simple: To be your best choice for representation in immigration matters.
Here is how we realize our mission:
1. If we represent you, your case is handled by a seasoned attorney at all times. No paralegals, interns or inexperienced associates ever assume responsibility for your case. Merely having a prestigious name on firm letterhead does not guarantee that you will actually benefit from the expertise or experience behind that name.
2. We provide realistic assessments of our clients situations. We are willing to try to pursue any relief for our clients that has any chance of success, no matter how remote, unless it is legally frivolous. However, if we believe that chances of success are remote, we make sure that our clients understand this before spending money on “long shots.” If a client still wants to go forward after we explain this, we will try our best. But we take great pains to ensure that we never give our clients false hope.
3. We are willing to listen to our clients. Many times clients have some knowledge of immigration law, and may have an idea of the path they wish to choose. Rather than dismissing suggestions outright, we will listen and explain why a particular path is wise or unwise, and allow clients to make informed decisions, within the boundaries of the law.
4. We are willing to think outside the box. We are not afraid to challenge the current status of the law, to the extent that we can do so without engaging in frivolous or unethical conduct. We understand that the law is a dynamic body, and that courts are willing to consider novel arguments if they are well crafted and supported by facts and logic.
